You will also receive an e-mail with details of your order status along with email confirmation on the day of delivery with an approximate delivery time. If you have any concerns regarding your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to help on 01522 686070.

and Collect
During checkout, select Pick Up From Warehouse for this
option.
Please bring a copy of your purchase when collecting your order.
Click and collect is available between 08:00 to
16:00 Monday to Friday.
We require a minimum of 30 minutes to process your order before it will be
ready for collection.
If you have not collected your order within 10 days, the order will be returned
to stock and your account will be refunded.
Saturday Delivery
Orders must be placed before 4:30pm on the
Friday for it to arrive on the Saturday. Saturday Shipping is not available for
zones 2, 3 & 4.
Custom Printed Bait Stations
Customers that require their company details printed to bait stations may
have to wait up to 3 working days for delivery although most orders are
dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm.
Rodenticide
Stewardship Scheme
To comply with this scheme we only offer
delivery of Rodenticides to addresses you authorized on your CRRU Declaration
form.
Returns
If you would like to return an item you have 14 days from the date you received it to advise us that you would like to return it, this must be in writing to sales@ratpak.co.uk you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You may also need to send us proof of purchase if requested.
We are unable to accept returns on personalised items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will refund your account within 14 days.
Return Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning an item. If you receive a refund the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
